Colour on skirting

I am going to paint my office; after reading posts on here I am going to paint the radiators (eggshell) the same colour as the walls (cream), should I use the same colour to do the skirtings, door etc as well? Or is it better to stick with the traditional white for the woodwork?

White for woodwork. Eggshell gets very dirty very quickly - better with a wipe-able satin.
