How often should a combination boiler get serviced, I know every year they say, but does it need one every year if its hardly used. ?

well thats what the manufacturers say so that what shuold happen

Thanks for the reply it's just that a gas man said with com/boilers not much go's wrong with them and all they do is give them a brush/hover down. mines only 5 years old

well they need a bit more than that, depending on manufacturers instructions, they need stripping down, cleaning, burner pressure, gas rates Flue analsys etc etc, quite abit really
