My ace 24 combi boiler keepers losing pressure. Put it up to 1 1/2 bar yesterday and already down to 0.5. No signs of leaks inside or outide. Have replaced all radiator therms and no leak on down pipe outside! Any ideas?

You have a leak under the floor.
Worst case if this is a condensing boiler you have a heat exchanger that is leaking and water is flowing out of the condensate.
Pressurise the boiler and then close the flow and return valves under the boiler. Leave the boiler off for a few hours. If no drop in pressure there is a leaking in the house. If a drop you have a leak in the boiler.
