Hi guys

Has anyone ever experienced this and is it anything to worry about.

I have an Alpha CB28X which is controlled by a room stat.

When the boiler starts up, after around 3-5 minutes the boiler makes a sound which I would describe a bit like a car backfiring only not as loud. Being doing it for a few days. It only makes this noise once when it is heating up.

Otherwise the boiler is doing everything it should do. Anything to worry about?

Any advice would be appreciated.

it could possibly be a flue fault causing flame lift off I would get it checked by an RGI as soon as possible if I was you

Thanks for the quick reply. I will get someone out ASAP.
