combi boiler no hot water in bath tap

My mother in law has a combi boiler, all the hot all cold taps are working all over the house, but the bath hot tap is just dribbling out with no pressure, however the cold tap works, also it one of them bath mixer taps.

What could be the problem, I know I havent got the model numbers etc but what sort of thing springs to mind and how easy to fix?

If the bathroom basin hot tap is ok, perhaps the bath tap is blocked?
Confused by you mentioning two bath outlets...
