That's the most likely but a lot of access work and making good might be required to get to it!
You could do that part of the job yourself to save money... Just see if you can get at it with a pump and you'll know what needs to be removed!

Ok good news. I can get the the valve and just pressed it. Bit of air came out but no water. Sure I read that it might just need repressurising.

looks like I would be able to get to this with a normal foot pump.
 
Would have to have a long hose on the pump , even a standard hand pump would do , but you need a pressure gauge
 
Lol were you any good with a bullworker?. That's what you will be doing with that foot pump.
