combi boiler

i want to find out how to remove my old combi boiler,as to moke less time to fit new one in,the boiler is in the bathroom,and as so is the highest part of the system
do i 1...drain the system
2turn off all gas and electric
3???

just let the gas safe engineer who is fitting the new one remove it.should take him all of ten minutes..and he wont flood the place or leave an open ended gas pipe
