Combi Boiler

when i turn my hot water on, the flame in my boiler keeps going on and off.
This has only just happened in the last couple of days. The boiler which is a BIASI was fitted about 2 years ago.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

Plate heat exchanger blocked up.

It is probably a blocked plate HE.

This results because the installer did not bother to power flush the system.
