how difficult to replace boiler c/h hot water system to combi boiler system i know it will have to be done by a corgi gas fitter just like to know how much work involved its a 4 bed detached house boiler in garage positoned in garage

My neighbour came across a problem in converting from conventional to combi system, in so much that the combi system wouldn't maintain pressure.
Eventually the installer looked under the floor and found an ORIGINAL (installed 10yrs ago) joint that had leaked unseen (only a very small amount) for 10 yrs. into the footing of the house. The amount was so small as never to be seen. It was however sufficient to keep lowering the prssure on the combi system
Make sure your pipework quality is checked!!!
