Please can anyone help? I need to select a boiler for a semi-detached house conversion in London to supply hot water and underfloor water heating over three floors: 200m2, 100m2 and 90m2. The house has been brought up towards current building regs for thermal insulation and it will be well-sealed.
There will be 7 showers and I guess 5 of them could be working simultaneously in the morning.
The mains water supply pipe has been upgraded to 50mm (40.1mm internal dia) right to the 4" water main in the road. 20m long. Static pressure, courtesy of Thames Water, about 1.8 to 2 bar.
Is there any combi boiler with the capacity to do the job?
