hello all
I was hoping for some advice to corroborate what my architect is advising.
Current scenario for a semi detatched house:
1. We have an ldc for a loft conversion, with hip to gable.
2. We also have planning for a double side extention with hip on original roof and on extention.
The questions is can we combine both without any further applications? Ie, build loft with hip to gable and dormer and then also build side ext but now with hip joining onto new gable.
