Hi Sleepyhead.
Would it be permissable to ask you to contact me directly? My name is Dan and mobile no. is **************

ohdannyboy, I have removed your phone number (forum rule 7)

Also please do not ask for telephone advice. Sleepyhead and others give advice on these forums free of charge because they want to help. By posting on these forums it may help others, which a private phone call will not.

Hi sleepyhead. Have gone into self employment repairing domestic appliances. I dont have access to the error codes and error light combinations on the latest microprocessor controlled systems which would save me a lot of trial and error on repairs. Have been following the various questions and answer sessions ove the past few weeks and you seem to have the answer for most of these type of queries. I joined the forum with the intention of trying to ask you where to access such info. I read the rules on signup but didnt see one about telephone contact, sorry for the faux pas. Anyhow the moderator tells me that it isnt possible to contact you directly, so its back to the drawing board.

I can answer that one, its simple.

manufacturers manuals, I used to work for hp and they have manuals about all appliances and variants and codes (and part numbers)

but you do have to pay for them

Would have no problem paying for them, however I have approached several manufacturers who will only offer the manuals to their own approved service agents, which i am not.
have done several online and ebay searches but can only find generalized manuals not the error code specific ones I`m looking for.

Check your email. Ignore the first one cause I forgot the attachment :P
