Noticing a lot of cars are now having flags in the windows

Had 1 in for mot. It failed on a few bits and I removed the flag from the windscreen before the test (allowed to, to avoid it failing on that) and put the necessary advise on it, and explained it

He took the car away to complete the repairs and brought it back but with the flag stuck in and I couldn't remove it without damage so had to fail it

He accused me of being anti British, so I gave him an appeal form.

Blocking vision so yes a fail

Happily remove items like it prior to test to allow it to pass. But having it explained to him and it re appears for test but unable to remove it. Nobody's fault but his own
