Completley cold radiator

We had a new radiator installed about 12 months ago. Over the last few days its heat output, even when on full has been falling until yesterday when it went stone cold. All other radiators in the house are working fine and the combi boiler is working fine.

Any ideas? do I try bleeding it?

How many have read this and cant be arsed typing? YES!!!!
and when it still dont work try reading the FAQ section at the top for more clues !!!

Hi Buck51, thanks for posting a reply. I am new to this site so have not yet found my way around the faqs etc. I will try the bleed first.
