Concealed cistern

If a concealed cistern is plaster boarded in with just the flush plate for Access. Can you still have enough access to chang parts/service it? One is periodically running after being flushed so I'm thinking flush valve. Thanks

Maybe ,but often not. Show us some pics of inside the cistern
 
You can't often service it/swap parts through removing the flush plate. I will have to get some pictures
 
Depends on the size of the flush plate and the make of the internals. Some I do others I walk away from.
