The brightness of the LED is disturbing peoples sleep and making them ill through lack of sleep also giving some people headaches, they can also affect the wildlife which is more of a concern to me. Birds etc can get confused with the time as they use the dark as their body clocksOMG! How?

It is all done via our traffic management software and sensors. We turn them full brightness till midnight after which we dim them at 10% in intervals until we have them to 30% of full brightness. We also have some with sensors that measure the darkness and auto dim to suit the conditions that we set.I heard some can get turned down a bit, later at night. How do they do that. I couldn't work it out from the timer you showed previously.

Are you suggesting it's a judicial review? it isn't. It has conclusions and recommendations, which would suggest that we deploy sanctions on the French for allowing people to cross in breach of their human rights.it is not a policy.
