Concorde Boiler - Pressure relief valve leaking

Soliciting expert opinion on repair or replacement of boiler (circa 28 years old). When hot water turned off, small leak from pressure relief valve.
Understand boiler has to be removed to repair, may not be feasible or possible!

Option2:- Replacement of Boiler...how much for modern replacement (4 bed property Guildford area)?

not wanting to sound like a tuat but....how long is a piece of string.

new rads or not
new pipework or not
cheap boiler or not
combi, system, heat only
unvented or vented cylinder, thermal store ?
flue options, condense options, gas run...

with all these unknowns its hard to say a price.
