We hired one a while ago, a good tool. Needs constant water supply to cool the blade.

Do you have any idea of the water flow needed, and does it dribble slurry all down the wall?

Not a trickle, not a fast flow, a hose pipe that you can regulate is ideal.
It will leave some mess, but it will wash away with a hose.

Wouldn't a concrete chainsaw be a bit heavy to lift??
