Concrete fence panel lifting!

Any ideas how to get concrete fence panels(6ft x 1ft) into concrete posts? Is there any tricks or tips or anyway of using a lift of somekind?

Two sturdy chaps, gloves and two lumps of 4*2 to put on each subsequent panel to stop your fingers getting guillotined should they slip.
