Concrete fencing posts

Just moved into property where the boundary fence has been constructed of precast concrete fence posts and wooden panels. I want to increase the height of the panels but the posts are only 4ft high.

I do not want to take down the existing posts...does any body know of a product or method in which I can extend the posts?
