I'm in the process of laying a new base in an extension. Before I get hold of the building inspector for advice, I thought I'd try here first. I understand that the normal procedure is to lay celotex/kingspan over the concrete block before screeding. My questions is can I lay the celotex/kingspan before the concrete then finish with a screed? Cheers John
