Hi i have just built concrete block shed in garden when i have laid concrete floor inside i seen to be getting a lot of water of it. Any ideas why or how to stop it?

Did you use a dpm underneath? Does it wrap up the sides?
Didn't use dpm cz on top of concrete. No it comes. Level with blocks!
Someone said it could be the concrete hasn't cured yet?
