A friend want's his garage roof done in EPDM, Problem being his garage roof is concrete, How would he fix new plyboards to concrete to get a nice clean decking to lay the EPDM?

I thought about drilling and pluggingb but with an area of 20sqm might take a while.

Get drilling! No need to plug if you use spax frame screws, the ones with the hex head, just a 6mm pilot hole into the concrete, no probs with an SDS. Search for frame screws on screwfix.

Agree, I'm thinking will it need ventilation? You could run the batten over the concrete roof and make a small box section, with fascia & soffit vents, also you could use the firring timber instead of battens for the rain to run off.

Might be better to put a low pitch tiles roof, won't be a shoe box then ;)
