Concrete mix.

Hi all..

I wanted to know which is best for a footing-
all in ballast or 20mm limestone and sharp sand?
A few saw limestone is stronger? or is it they will both be the same!
sounds like a silly q i know but cant find any answers on it.

there isnt really much difference the ballast might work out a little cheaper to buy. your best option is to get the concrete already mixed as by the time you buy all the ballast and cement it works out about the same price as the ready mixed concrete
