Hi.

I have a concrete flat roof on my workshop, this roof is also my back yard.

Its 9mtrs x 5mtrs, of a block beam constuction, which in itself is stuctually sound, the concrete screed itself is not cracked but it leaks bad & is very flakey, in places the steel mesh is begining to come through.

I would really like to cover it with something waterproof & hard wearing (it gets a lot of use). Ive thought about edpm but not sure about the wear.

Cost is an issue but obviously I need to be realistic.

Any ideas?
Thanks, Chris

I would be tempeted to put kingspan on first, and epdm or fibreglass over that. If that s too dear, power wash the lot to get rid of loose stuff, the LeFarge Liquid Rubber the lot 2 x 2mm coats and forget for 25+ yrs.
