concrete roof

Hi all

Ive just brought a property that has a concrete roofed outbuilding attached to it ,and i was thinking of making it into a utility room .
however the roof leaks, what would be the cheapest and easiest way to stop this bearing in mind i do want it to last a number of years .

also a friend has got me some celotex to insulate the concrete from underneath is this suitable? and will how can i prevent condesation

Doing it the cheapest and easiest way will make it last a number of years.

The number is 3 (if ya lucky!)

Gonna need a proper felt or asphalt job, also consider epdm (rubber roof)

Your celotex (if a bare minimum of 50mm) will help reduce condensation, along with some background heating and (most definitely) an extractor fan, a necessity in a utility room.
