Concrete & sharp sand

I need to create a 3 x 2 x 0.075 m concrete pad, on which a Hot Tub will be placed.
All up weight of Hot Tub including users is advised to be 2,000kg

Thinking of using typical 1:2:3 mix. (Nominally C30)
This is solid pad, not spanning any voids or similar.

After building the house I have a 1 tonne bag of lime pit sand, normally would use sharp sand, but to save cost and use up this pit sand could it be used in concrete ?

Try mixing a small sample then test to destruction

On a solid surface it'll be fine.

Weight of the tub is well displaced, doesn’t need a lot to hold it.

Thnx .... gets rid of the bag of pit sand that's been in corner of the garden.
