How much sand,cement etc.?

I need to mix 2.5 cubic metres concrete using a 3:2:1 mix

I plan to order 2 tonnes ballast(correction-gravel), 1.5 tonne sand( slightly excess) and 24 X 25kg bags Portland cement.

Does this sound approximately correct.

I dont mind if I over order the ballast and sand

why are you ordering sand seperatly, ballast has sand already in it

A 1 tonne bag will be about 2/3 to 3/4 m3.

And 7 bags 25kg cement per tonne bag?
