Just had a new window sill installed.
It doesn't look great (see photos):
- Not cut clean or straight at right hand ride
- Mortar got cracks in it already
- other mortar looks messy
Do you think it's reasonable for me to complain about these issues to the builder?
If so, what should I ask them to do to improve it, especially the way it has been cut?
Reason I ask is because it's a friend of the family who got some of his builders to do the work and it always makes me feel like he is doing us a favour, even though we pay for the work. His company normally does much bigger projects.
