condensate pipe Question

is this condensate pipe connected correctly?
will the water flow away?
the pipe runs slightly down hill when it goes through the cuboard before going up to the boiler the entry on the right is the washer waste.

No, it should not be connected there, that's on the water seal on the sink trap, the old double trap scenario,
