Hi,

Currently have an issue with the boiler which is kettling/ignition error. Looking to see if there a blockage in the pipework however I’m unable to locate the pipe, it runs down from the boiler to the wall but cannot find it from there. Below is under my sink which is right by the boiler, any help would be great. Thanks.

There are no clues in the photo, to where the condensate might be, but a blocked condensate will not cause kettling. Poor flow through the boiler, is what causes that..

As above, kettling isn't caused by a blocked condensate pipe, but could lock the boiler out. Are you sure it’s kettling?
