Condensation on felt support trays? Is this normal in winter?

Been up into the loft to put the last of the Christmas decorationsr pack up and noticed on the south side of the house there seems to be a misting of condensation on the felt support trays?

The insulation up there isn’t the best and must be 100mm or less in some areas. Would adding more potentially help this issue? Loft is vented at eves and insulation is not blocking this
