I installed a shower tray raised up on batons and a OSB platform above a concrete floor. I recently took off the panel to find a lot of condensation underneath. I can't see any evidence of any leak. Is it possible that moisture is rising up through the concrete? It's unlikely that there is a damp proof course on the concrete as it's old.
The front panel also wasn't properly sealed so I guess moisture from the shower could also be getting underneath and accumulating.
