Condensation

Hi all,

Have a bit of a problem with a shower tray. There seems to be some condensation building up under the tray and pooling around the edge. there are hot pipes under the screed, which run under the shower tray. If I ventilated the edge of the showertray would this work?

Are you absolutely its condensation, and not a slight leak from behind some tiles, perhaps?
Ventilation would certainly help, but if the water is pooling, thats sure heavy condensation!
