Hi chaps, I know a condense pipe can be run into an external rainwater hopper (as long as its combined rain & foul)

are there any regs against terminating into a rainwater gutter?

Perfectly ok. and if it was one of those rainwater drainage that is collected seperatley a neutraliser can be fitted inline cost about 25 quid

From a practical point of view, don't leave the condense pipe laying in the gutter, always terminate above it otherwise it will freeze up in winter and stop the boiler working.

I've had 2 this winter already
