Condensing Boiler Grants

I've heard of these, but can't find anything on the web about it. A government grant apparently, for replacing old boilers with condensing boilers - Local plumber calls it the "A1 boiler scheme".

Anyone know anything about it?

Phone the Environment Agency. They should put you right.

Try the warm front scheme. £300 grant for over 60s and benefits.

The A1 boiler scheme is something run and funded by Npower. Details are Here. It no longer funds replacement boilers. The main purpose is fuel switching.
