condensinng dryer tripping fuse

i had a conservatory fitted few years back company now bust ( diamond seal) the way its wired is from socket in house to conservatory fused spur with 3amp fuse in it then from fused spur to ceiling fan then also from fused spur to 2 double sockets doesnt look like its on a ring more like an extension the problem is the dryer its been in the conservatory about 2 years no problems but now when its turned on it blows the protected downstairs sockets after a few minutes around 5 or less..

Sounds like either the heaters in the dryer or the motor in the dryer is leaking current to earth. Not sure exactly how the condensor part of a dryer works, but perhaps theres water leaking onto an electrical component inside it? (We had a condensor dryer and it always leaked)
