Hi all,

My central heating installer used 22mm (or is 21.5mm) solvent weld pipework to run the condensate drain.

As I am also refitting the bathroom, the installer ran the pipe temporarily to the house gulley. He said that when I refit my bathroom I can connect the overflow straight to the bathroom waste system.

I have been looking for a connector that will allow me to do this but can't find one - can anyone help.

Thanks

Thanks for finding that for me. Unfortunately no tool station round here and i'll be paying 5x the item price for delivery of it!

Was hoping for something pushfit as well but doesn't seem to exist.

May have to run 32mm waste all the way from boiler instead of the existing 21.5mm. Am I ok to use pushfit fittings for condensate drain, and is it ok to have pushfit fittings concealed behind a plasterboard partition.

Thanks

If connecting to 1 1/4" waste ask for a R16 or if 1 1/2" ask for a R17.
