Connecting 32mm kitchen waste into 40mm trap

Hi all,

Seems like a simple question in my head but can't find a clear answer online. Basically my new kitchen sink comes with a basin waste which is 32mm as it's a square one I can't easily replace it with a 40mm one.

I already have my mcalpine trap which is 40mm is there a coupler that adapts from a 32mm waste to a 40mm trap? Can find reducers but these have compression fittings on both sides so wouldn't be suitable.

Any suggestions?
