Connecting extractor to vent

I have an extractor hood ready to connect to the vent pipe in the wall. The problem is the funnel unit i have with the extractor. Its base is 150mm in size and it has two outlets.

any idea how i go from 150mm to my soil pipe outlet in the wall. I cannot find any adapter for my unit.

There are lots of reducers available online, but you don't have a lot a space to work with so you many not get it to work.

Also the fitting instructions for your fan will no doubt specify 150mm duct, most probably to comply with building regs

PS the two outlet adapter supplied is for recirculation not extract

ok thanks all for replies. I should get it sorted now.

Do regs really say the vent must be 150mm in size ?

This is not a new build, i am adding this extraction to current kitchen you see.

150mm will give better flow, and more quietly, but I had to reduce mine to 100mm and it works fine.
