Connecting new blue water supply pipe to lod black, adaptors

My supply pipe (the old black type) runs through the house and up in the bathroom to a stop cock.
I need to take off another supply to run in the kitchen but the pipe is not accessable in the bathroom because of a tiled floor. I need to cut the pipe further back and fit the new one.
Is there an adaptor that will connect two black pipes and one blue one?

Try Screwfix, you will need
2 x change kits, cat #40094-88
1 x 25mm Tee, # 63371-88
1 x 25mm insert, # 14371-88

That's assuming the pipe is 3/4" black poly.
