Connecting Shower components

Hi, I am replacing the standard shower that was in my new build house with a nice thermostatic valve and a seperate shower arm and head.

Both the valve and head have 3/4" connectors. Is there some kind of flexible pipe or easy way for me to connect the two together?

Are you sure they're 3/4"? The measurement is on the internal diameter so the standard hose, which is " 1/2 inch ", fits male screw thereads which measure about 3/4".
If the supply is gravity fed make sure you get one with a large bore (12-13mm)
