Evening all,

I have a conservatory with internal bi fold doors between it and the kitchen, obviously it gets draughty at this time of year and we was aware we couldn’t really economically use the room for 4 months a year. I am looking to see if there are any solutions I can fit for the winter to keep the cold out, a secondary sliding door? Or will a good pair of curtains help?

Assuming you're on a budget
Lots of draught excludes if you have gaps, and there's a cling film like stuff you can put on to give a very rudimentary double glazing. Costs about 30 quid a pack. And your curtains idea would help.

If you have the budget lying around then replacing them with external quality doors would be the best solution (or demolishing the thing and replacing with a steel beam and a proper extension with proper building regs.
