Hi all, I am new to this forum and looking for advice. I have a conservatory floor which appears to be T&G chipboard on concreate base. I want to raise the floor by approx 45mm and was thinking of the following. 25mm battens on the chipboard, then 18mm WPB exterior ply fixed to the battens. I plan to put an extra layer of insulation in the 25mm gap, should I use polysterene sheets or can I use fibreglass loft insulation? Any help/advice appreciated.

I personally would use polystyrene sheet as it will give the floor a much more solid feel underfoot but either one is fine.
