Conservatory Foundation

Hi,
We have a conservatory that is looking particularly shabby, and I'm looking to replace it. I'd be looking to get a UPVC self build. Although I'd be looking for a similar size, I'm sure the footprint wouldn't be exactly the same. Would it be easier starting from scratch, and taking up the old foundation, or is it a simple enough task to get the foundations widened?

How much would I be looking at to get the foundation job done professionally?
