We demolished the original toilet block that was at the back of our house and replaced with a conservatory. It was connected to the house along the outside wall of our end terrace, was to first floor height and double thickness brick. But as this toilet block was for both our house and next door there was a walkway between the toilet block and the end of our house. Photo's show it to be in the same brick and style of the house and the planning officer now accepts it is orginal but claims it cannot be included in the building line of our house.
The conservatory is 3.6metres so cannot meet permitted development without them accepting the outhouse as part of the original house.
He has stated that we will almost certainly have planning consnet refused due to 45 degree rule thay apply.
Any ideas would be appreciated
