Picture’s not brilliant, sorry… and I can’t tell where the water’s coming through, but there’s a couple of little puddles on the floor underneath this bit.

I happened before, about 2 years ago, I posted here and some clever bloke suggested I go round the outside, checking that the long slats hadn’t slid out a bit, and tapping them back in again – they had, I did, and it’s been fine ever since till now.

Unfortunately, they’re all still pushed up tight now, but it’s leaking again.

The conservatory is 22 years old, so I guess some rubber seals have perished or similar. Is this the sort of thing that can be renovated, or is it going to be a silicone gun job when the weather improves?

Thanks :D

Roger465, good evening.

Question? is there any sign of moss on the neoprene gaskets or any sign of "cracking" of the seals, only way to find such stuff is to get up close and personal with the glass / seal interfaces.

Any moss can?? at times cause a leak.

Given the age of the conservatory getting new seals may prove problematic??

Good evening Ken, thanks for responding... can't see moss, but not sure how I could get up there, as I think the roof is polycarbonate or something - can't see it taking my 15 stone

And I'm sure you're probably right about the seals
