Hi Guys
We have been quoted 12800 for a 3x4.2m edwardian with all glass roof from a big local company. They called again and reduced it to 12000 all inclusive electrics etc.

in the mean time I had two local guys in and they both quoted around 12500.

Is this reasonable. One company from Castleford quoted 15500.

any ideas recommendations will be most appreciated.

Sounds reasonable.
Ask to see some of their past jobs if possible and defiantly go with one of the local company's.

Coral is local to me and so far been cheapest. Have had windows and doors from them and been satisfied. We liked what we saw in their show room as well. Just making sure we are not getting mugged.

Kitchen exhaust need redirecting and there is a bit of a slope so it needs digging and levelling but thats it really. ote]

No no just cooker extractor.

Had two more quotes 12400, 12800, beginning to see a pattern here. Coral is still the cheapest.
