Need some help is this TWP roof and if so is it walkable on to paint window. Previous owner left a plank up there so I assume this can be done. Are these roofs covered in a shell. Thanks

As long as the plank is running over your joists it should be ok.Make sure there is nothing sharp under the plank or on the roof that could damage the roof ie nails,Gravel etc.
