We are selling our property and the surveyor has said we need a ventilation fan between the kithchen and the conservatory.
The boiler is self venting through the roof. The conservatory has been on the house for over 15 years and about 3 different owners. Do we need the ventilation or not.

Not sure what you are asking, is ventilation required for the Boiler? If it's needed then would have been installed when boiler was.

The boiler is self venting through the roof but I think because the conservatory now covers the kitchen window and the door there should be some ventilation in the conservatory. Can you confirm this as cannot get any joy anywhere else.

Kitchen should have a vent to out side [very importatnt if there are any gas appliances in the kitchen].
